Why a hotel needs its own website
Booking apps bring guests, but they take 15 to 25 percent of every booking and own the relationship with the guest. Many travellers look for the hotel's own site before they book, to see real photos and to check whether calling direct gets a better rate. Without a website that search ends on the app. A clear site with rooms, prices, photos and a WhatsApp button turns some of those guests into direct bookings, and brings repeat guests straight back to you.
Questions people ask
What does a hotel website cost?
The build is free. You pay ₹499 a month for hosting, updates, backups and support. That rate is for our first 10 clients for their first year; after that the standard rate is ₹24,999 a year. Prices exclude GST. Connecting a paid booking engine is an add-on; ask us for its price.
Can guests book and pay on the website?
By default guests send a booking request on WhatsApp or call you, and you take the advance by UPI. If you already use a booking engine or channel manager, we can add its booking button so guests pay online.
Will a website reduce what I pay to booking apps?
It helps. Guests who find your own site can book direct, so you keep the commission. Most hotels stay on the apps as well; the website gives guests who prefer to book direct a way to do it.
Do you build websites for homestays and guest houses?
Yes. Homestays, guest houses, dharamshalas, lodges and small resorts get the same setup: rooms, photos, rates, how to reach you and WhatsApp booking.
Will my hotel show up on Google Maps?
Google Maps listings come from a Google Business Profile, not from the website itself. We add your map and address to the site, link it to your profile, and help you set up the profile if you do not have one yet.
