What does a pharmacy website cost?
The build is free. You pay ₹499 a month for hosting, updates, backups and support. That rate is for our first 10 clients for their first year; after that the standard rate is ₹24,999 a year. Prices exclude GST.
Can customers order medicines from the website?
Customers can send their prescription and order on WhatsApp from the website. Your pharmacist checks the prescription and confirms before dispensing, the same way you handle phone orders today.
Can you show which medicines we have in stock?
We keep it simple: category pages and a WhatsApp button to check availability. A live stock list needs your billing software connected to the site, which we can look at separately.
Can the site show we are open late or 24 hours?
Yes. If you are open late or round the clock, we make that the first thing people see, because it is often the reason they are searching.
Will my store show up on Google Maps?
Google Maps listings come from a Google Business Profile, not from the website itself. We add your map and address to the site, link it to your profile, and help you set up the profile if you do not have one yet.
