Why a retail shop needs a website
Big chains and shopping apps show up first when someone searches for a product nearby. A neighbourhood shop often has better prices, personal service and the item in stock today, but a customer cannot see that from a map pin alone. A website shows what you stock, your offers and your timings, and a WhatsApp button turns that search into an order. It also brings regular customers back: they save the link and order from it every month.

What does a retail shop website cost?
The build is free. You pay ₹499 a month for hosting, updates, backups and support. That rate is for our first 10 clients for their first year; after that the standard rate is ₹24,999 a year. Prices exclude GST.
Can customers order from the website?
Yes, through WhatsApp. Customers tap the button, send their list or product photo, and you confirm stock and price. A full online store with a cart and payments is a bigger project; ask us if you need one.
Do I have to list every product?
No. Most shops list their main categories and best sellers with prices. Customers who want something specific ask on WhatsApp, and you answer from the shop.
What kinds of shops do you build for?

Will my shop show up on Google Maps?
Google Maps listings come from a Google Business Profile, not from the website itself. We add your map and address to the site, link it to your profile, and help you set up the profile if you do not have one yet.
