Why real estate agents need their own website
Property portals are useful, but you rent space on them: your listing sits next to your competitors' and the portal decides who sees it. Your own website is where a buyer who has already heard your name can see all your listings in one place, check your RERA registration and message you directly. It also makes you look established when a seller is deciding which agent to trust with their property.
Questions people ask
What does a real estate website cost?
The build is free. You pay ₹499 a month for hosting, updates, backups and support. That rate is for our first 10 clients for their first year; after that the standard rate is ₹24,999 a year. Prices exclude GST. The site-visit booking form is an add-on; ask us for its price.
How do new listings get added?
Send us the photos and details on WhatsApp and we add them. Marking a property as sold or rented works the same way. Updates are included in the monthly fee.
Can the website show my RERA registration?
Yes. We show your agent registration and each project's registration number where they apply. You check the numbers before the site goes live.
Is a website better than listing on property portals?
It does a different job. Portals bring new buyers who are browsing; your website is where people who already know your name check your listings and contact you directly. Most agents use both.
Will my office show up on Google Maps?
Google Maps listings come from a Google Business Profile, not from the website itself. We add your map and address to the site, link it to your profile, and help you set up the profile if you do not have one yet.
